Is support unlimited?

No. Each tier has a defined monthly allowance and response expectations. Anything larger is scoped as a small project.

Are AI operating costs included?

No. AI and telephony usage is always billed separately from development and support.

Do I have to take Care?

No. You own what we build. Care is for businesses that would rather not run it themselves.
