How working with Evyren works

These are the terms that apply to this website and to work Evyren does for a client. They are written plainly, in the same language we use everywhere else. The contracting party, the scope and the price for any particular project are named on the quotation for that project, and the quotation is what governs it.

Proposals and quotations

A price on this website is a starting price for a described scope, not an offer to contract. Work is quoted in writing before it begins. A quotation lists what is included, what is not, what it costs and how long it is valid, and nothing starts until you accept it in writing.

Payment

Unless a quotation says otherwise, half is payable on acceptance and half on delivery. Prices are quoted in dirhams. Third party services a project needs, such as hosting, a domain, message credits or a model provider, are listed in the scope and paid by you directly, so the accounts stay yours.

What you own

On final payment, everything made for you is yours: the source code, the designs, the content, the data, the documentation, and every account created for the project. We keep no licence over your business logic and place no lock on your systems. If you ever want another team to take the work forward, they can, and we will hand over cleanly.

Changes and delays

If you want something outside the agreed scope, it is quoted separately before it is built, never added silently to an invoice. If a project waits on something from you, the dates move by the length of the wait. If we are late for our own reasons, we say so early and we do not charge for the delay.

What we do not promise

Nobody can honestly guarantee a search ranking, a mention by an AI assistant, a conversion rate or a revenue figure, and we do not. We promise the work described in the quotation, built to the standard described there, and we say plainly when something is not worth doing.

Responsibility

We are responsible for the work we deliver and for putting right anything defective in it. We are not responsible for a third party service failing, for content or data you supply, or for changes you or another party make to a system after handover. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.

Law

These terms and any project are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
