The honest answer is a range, and the range is wide because the word website covers three different things: a single page that sells one offer, a multi-page site that presents a business, and a product-like site that connects to the tools the business runs on. Each is a different amount of work. This piece explains what changes the price, in plain terms, and then gives Evyren's own prices so you have a real number to compare against.
Why the quotes you get are so different
Ask three companies for a website and you get three numbers that have little to do with each other. That is rarely dishonesty. It is that each one is quoting a different scope, and the scope is usually hidden inside the word website. Before comparing prices, compare what is inside:
- How many pages, and what kind. A homepage, six service pages and a contact page is a different job from one landing page.
- Whether the design is drawn for your business or taken from a template and recoloured.
- Who writes the words and takes the photographs. Content is often the slowest part, and the part most quotes leave out.
- Which systems it connects to: WhatsApp, a booking calendar, a CRM, payments, your inventory.
- Languages. Arabic does not double the design, but it doubles the content and the checking, and it has to be written as Arabic rather than translated.
- What happens after launch: hosting, the domain, analytics, updates, and who answers when something breaks.
What changes the price, and how much
| What you add | What it does to the price |
|---|---|
| More pages of the same kind | A little. The structure is built once. |
| A new kind of page (a catalogue, a booking flow, a member area) | A step up. Each kind is designed and built once. |
| Custom design rather than a template | The largest single difference, and the reason a site looks like your business rather than everyone's. |
| Integrations (WhatsApp, calendar, CRM, payments) | Each one adds engineering and testing. Also the part that makes the site earn its cost. |
| Arabic and English | Roughly the content and testing again, not the design again. |
| Content written and photographed for you | Days of work that many quotes assume you will do yourself. |
| Care after launch | A monthly amount, optional, instead of a surprise later. |
Evyren's prices, and what each includes
These are published starting prices for a known scope. Anything larger gets a written scope with a price before work starts. There are no hidden fees and no urgency tactics.
| Package | Starting price and what is inside |
|---|---|
| Launch Page | From AED 4,900. One page that explains the offer and gets people to act: conversion structure and copy guidance, custom design and responsive build, an enquiry form and WhatsApp call to action, technical SEO and an analytics-ready setup, deployment. |
| Business Website | From AED 8,900. A multi-page site that presents the business properly and routes enquiries: content architecture, custom design across every page, responsive implementation, an enquiry experience with routing, technical SEO foundation and analytics. |
| Digital Experience | From AED 14,900. A site that behaves like a product: advanced interaction, multilingual and complex structure, integrations with your systems, performance and accessibility engineering, and everything in Business Website. |
Every site ships with enquiry and WhatsApp paths. If you want enquiries qualified, routed and followed up automatically, that is added through Automate. If you want the site monitored, maintained and improved after launch, Care covers it from AED 490 a month, and you never need it to keep what you own.
When a template or a freelancer is the right call
Sometimes the cheapest option is the correct one. If you need a page for a single campaign, a personal site, or a holding page while the business is still forming, a template builder will do the job for less than any custom build. A good freelancer is the right choice when you need a page, not a system: no integrations, no Arabic, no follow-up automation, and someone you already trust.
A technology partner earns its price when the site has to do work: take enquiries at any hour, route them to the right person, book appointments, and connect to the tools the business already runs on. That is engineering, and it is where most of the cost, and most of the return, sits.
What a website should do for the money
A visitor arrives on a phone, between other tasks, with four questions: what is this, is it for a business like mine, what does it cost, and how do I talk to someone. A site that answers those four quickly and hands the enquiry to someone who will act on it is doing its job. Measure it by enquiries, not visits.
You are paying for a site that explains, answers and routes every enquiry. Everything else is decoration.
Questions people ask next
Are the starting prices fixed?
They are starting prices for a standard scope. Anything larger gets a written scope with a price before work starts, and the number you sign is the number you pay.
Do you use templates?
No. Each site is designed for the business it represents. Where a proven structure exists we use it, but the design is yours.
Who owns the site afterwards?
You do. Source code, data and accounts are handed over in your name. Care, the monthly support, is optional.
